1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping — Australia Post Satchel - $10 AUD - Delivered within 2-7 business days
Express Shipping — Australia Post Express Satchel— $15 AUD - Delivered within 1-4 business days

3. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 5 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International orders are not available.

Returns
Standard Australian consumer law applies to all products that we sell. If you have a concern about the quality of a product that you have purchased, you may apply for a refund or replacement product.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if there is no fault with the product.
1. How to Initiate a replacement or refund
Contact us at contact@cankoji.com.au with your order number and reason for return. If the product is defective please include a photograph and description of the problem.
We will respond within 3 business days with instructions.
Items that are outside of the listed ‘use-by’ date are not eligible for replacement or refund.
2. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
